All the recipes in this cookbook are from my mother's collection. She hand wrote them all and some are by now very faded but I remember them well.
My mother always said that she was not a good cook, but she certainly knew how to bake cakes and cookies! Many a church sale benefited from her delights, as did my father and us kids.
